Lyn was the founder, publisher and editor of "The Wonderful World of Bouvier" in 1993. The purpose of this publication was to provide a publication for individuals to share information and experiences that would assist all individuals in achieving maximum benefits and enjoyment from their companions, pets and show dogs. The Wonderful World of Bouvier purchased The Cobbystone Gazette and the two publications were merged into one publication. Back Issues are available @ $5.00 per issue plus $1.95 shipping and handling.

Lyn purchased her first Bouvier,  Kara, in 1984 as a pet and family companion. Kara took immediate control of the family, in particular the youngest child who suffered from grand mal seizures and cardiac crisis. As a result of Kara's vigilant watch the child was able to overcome two cardiac crises when the medical monitors failed in their alert. This relationship cemented the family's love for this breed and their ability to serve mankind.

Fatima Kennels is located in central Virginia, halfway between Richmond, Virginia and Washington D.C.   All of our breeding dogs are house pets as well as show/working dogs. We are a small kennel breeding for quality not quantity. Our Bouviers can be found participating in conformation, obedience, agility, herding, pet therapy, television public relations, and as loving companions. We are the proud producers of multiple Group Winners. All of our puppies are sold on a written contract guaranteeing health.   All breeding stock is certified by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals to be free of cardiac, hip, and thyroid disease. Our breeding dogs are also certified by CERF to be free of eye disease.

We are constantly striving to upgrade and improve our breeding stock, so that we may offer a pet, show, or breeding prospect of superior quality. We breed selectively...using the finest stock available to us for breeding--healthy and sound in body and mind. The pedigrees are carefully researched, and the sire and dam of each litter are chosen with the breed standard, delightful temperament and good character to produce sound quality dogs. Your pups superb lineage offers the potential of a pet with the outstanding good looks and personality characteristics desirable in the Bouvier des Flandres. We have safely shipped puppies and young adults within the continental United States, Canada, Europe and as far away as Saudi Arabia.
